Ron Jutze is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ whose enthusiasm for both God and His word is contagious. After a radical salvation and transformation experience in 1981, Ron served as an associate pastor for 6 years in Buffalo, New York. In 1988 he moved to Olean, New York to lead a church plant where he served as Senior Pastor for 14 years. He followed God’s mighty hand as the congregation grew from 18 to 500. It became the largest non-denominational church in a community of only 15,000. His gifted ability to cast vision spearheaded and led the congregation through a successful capital stewardship campaign. This project enabled them to meet the growing needs of their church family while remaining debt free.
In 2002, Ron released the church to the staff he had mentored for 14 years, and he moved to the Atlanta, GA area. In 2004 Ron took a sabbatical to reconnect with his children and refocus on the dream inside of him to prepare for the next stage of the journey God had for him. His life now reflects a deeper faith in God's grace being strengthened through the diversity of life's challenges.
Ron’s dedication to excellence and development has allowed him to have expansive influence in both the ministry and corporate environments. He spent the last few years in the corporate arena training, coordinating, and supervising the sales and marketing divisions of organizations to become revenue producing teams. He has successfully developed sales strategies, goals, and incentive programs for these organizations, which upon implementation, resulted in more productivity in a year’s time than had been accomplished in the previous three.
Ron currently serves as the Associate Minister of Hilton Sutton World Ministries. He is radically committed to Pastors and bringing the same level of training to building the local church. His strongest biblical conviction is that the development of the local church is the most valuable work in the earth today (Matt 16:18). This core value leads him to facilitate change in congregations throughout the nation to support their Pastor and become actively involved with the Lord’s vision for that assembly. His practical messages strengthen hope in the heart of believers, motivating them rise up and take their place in the Body of Christ and advance the cause of Christ through their local church.
Ron and Denise Jutze currently reside with their children in Woodstock, GA.
